Eligibility Criteria for Field Manager
ü Minimum 14 years of education with the main responsibility of directing, managing and coordinating the entire operations of the field office.
ü 3 to 5 years working experience in the Microfinance sector.
ü Good communication and writing skills.
ü Sufficient knowledge of MS office.
Eligibility Criteria for Accounts Officer
ü Commerce graduate
ü 2 years working experience in relevant field
ü Good knowledge of Ms. Office
Eligibility Criteria for Loan Officer
ü Intermediate/Graduate
ü Minimum 1-3 years working experience in Microfinance sector
ü Good communication skill
